Eligibility to Use Bolt+

To use Beam Bolt+, you, the merchant must first successfully register for a Beam Merchant Account. This means successfully completing Beam’s Verifast & KYM (Know Your Merchant) verification. Please complete your registration at https://lighthouse.beamcheckout.com/signup.

Refund and Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued. By purchasing any device from Beam, an authorized sales agent, or an authorized distributor, you (“Purchaser” or “Merchant”) agree to be bound by this Policy.

For the purposes of this Policy:

  • “Purchaser” or “Merchant” refers to any individual or business entity that purchases a device from Beam or through Beam’s authorized channels.

  • “KYM” (Know Your Merchant) refers to the verification process required to confirm the Purchaser’s business identity and compliance information. The outcomes of KYM shall be conducted at the sole discretion of Beam, and Beam’s determinations shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute or appeal.

No Refund Policy

All device sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, except as explicitly stated in this Policy or the applicable warranty.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this No Refund Policy.

Exception – KYM (Know Your Merchant) Verification Failure

A refund will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The Merchant fails the KYM (Know Your Merchant) verification process.

  2. The refund request is submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date shown on the official proof of purchase.

  3. The device remains unopened and in its original condition, with all security labels, seals, and packaging fully intact.

Once the eligibility is confirmed, the refund will be processed within forty-five (45) business days from the date the Purchaser receives the approval email. For payments made by card, the refund shall be credited back to the card used for the payment. For payments made through other channels, the refund shall be transferred to the bank account provided by the Purchaser in the refund request form.

Waiver for Pre-Existing Defects

In certain cases, Beam may, at its sole discretion, accept a warranty claim for pre-existing defects. Such requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving the KYM verification result.

Tamper Seal and Packaging Condition

Each device is shipped with a security seal or tamper-evident label.

If the seal or label has been broken, removed, or altered in any way, the product will be considered opened and used. In such cases, no refund or return will be accepted, regardless of the KYM verification status.

The Purchaser is responsible for inspecting the seal upon delivery and must not open the packaging until KYM verification is complete and approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Change of mind

  2. Incorrect product selection or accidental order

  3. Device incompatibility with third-party services or systems

  4. Any device that has been opened, activated, used, or tampered with

  5. Failure to complete KYM due to incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed documentation submission by the Purchaser

Refund Request Process

To request a refund under this Policy, the Purchaser must submit a refund request through Beam’s official support channel at the Refund Request Form, providing all required information.

After submitting the form, the Purchaser must ship the device to the following address at their own expense:

Refund verification will begin only after Beam has received both the completed form (with all required information) and the returned device. The Purchaser must also provide the shipment tracking number to Beam.

Beam will verify each request to ensure that all eligibility conditions have been met before approving a refund.

Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing from Beam, an authorized sales agent, or an authorized distributor, the Purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund and Return Policy, including the tamper-seal condition. The Purchaser also acknowledges that this Refund and Return Policy takes precedence over any warranty provided.
